APPEALS:
City Council Letter
On March
21st, 2006, a letter was sent by the New Orleans City Council
to Archbishop Alfred Hughes
strongly
urging him to reconsider the decision to close St. Augustine as a parish.
The letter was signed by every member of the Council.
